Summary

Hangzhou international conference center for future technology city is located in the west of Liangzhu Road, south of Haishu Road, Cangqian Street, Yuhang District, and is located in the core area of Future Technology City, and adjacent to the Provincial Party School, Dream Town, Haichuang Park and EFC. It was contracted by China United Engineering Corporation EPC, and Zhejiang No.1 Building Decoration Branch undertakes the task of decoration and construction. It was built by the management committee of Future Technology City with huge investment, a lot of manpower and material resources.

Hangzhou international conference center for future technology city is mainly composed of a main venue, three VIP rooms and two rest areas. The main venue has a building area of 1,500 m2 and can accommodate 1,623 people, of which there are about 1,300 fixed seats. Three VIP rooms: 01 VIP room 50m2 (with separate bathroom, can accommodate 6 people), 02 VIP room 90m2 (can accommodate 18 people), 03 VIP room 50m2 (can accommodate 10 people). The two rest areas are round-table leisure areas. There are 104 small parking spaces (84 in the south and 20 in the north) in the 2000m2 square outside the conference center and 9 large parking spaces (7 in the south and 2 in the north).

The main structure type of Hangzhou international conference center for future technology city is membrane structure, with the construction area of 3870.5m2 (above ground), floor area of 4094.2m2. The designed use lifetime of membrane structure is 5 years, with the other main structure for 20 years. The building has the fire resistance level of 2 level, fire protection category of multi-layer, roof waterproofing grade of II level, earthquake fortification intensity of 6 degree. The building height is 20.13 meters.

The Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, enters from the Dama Town, Tongxiang, flows through the towns of Bolu, Wuhang, Tangqi, Dongtang, Chongxian, Yunhui, and Gouzhuang, and flows into the urban area of Hangzhou. It has a total length of 31.27 kilometers within the city and a drainage area of 667.03 square kilometers. The annual average precipitation in the basin is 855 million cubic meters, the annual average runoff volume is 339 million cubic meters, and the river width is 60-70m. The water depth is 3.5 meters throught the year. Shangtang River, from the Genshan Gate, Hangzhou, enters via Xingqiao Street, crosses Linping Street, and flows into Qiantang River in Yanguan Town, Haining City. The area is 11.38 kilometers long, the river is about 20m wide, and the water depth is about 2 meters throughout the year.
